I have been in sports all of my life, from hockey to boxing and general fitness. I was looking for a program to help me break through a plateau I had training at home, a program that would help me become stronger and help me address weaknesses.

Training with Neil has helped me in every aspect, either it be working with an injured shoulder, overall strength and increased muscle mass. With his knowledge I know I am training the right way and I always excited to hit the gym for the next session.

Neil Dillon is a dedicated professional and fitness expert in his field. From the initial consultation I felt comfortable that Neil was going to create a personalized fitness plan that was tailored to my individual needs and goals – which he did and has been flexible to adapt, revise and advance that plan to ensure my overall success. Neil is an avid reader and researcher and remains current on issues/topics involving his industry – if he doesn’t have the answer to a question within his vast knowledge of anatomy, nutrition or exercise mechanics he will seek out and obtain the answer before the next session.

I didn’t set out to get a trainer, but received some sessions as a Christmas present with Neil. It was the best thing ever, even though I considered myself to be relatively fit and thought I knew my way around a gym (I’m a Physiotherapist). How wrong I was as I soon realised I had a lot to learn.

A year later I am so much stronger, I’ve lost weight, I’ve lost inches and I’ve learnt how to do appropriate arm exercises to prevent recurrences of lymphodema (breast cancer result).
