MAX EFFORT is operated by Neil Dillon and Jenna Richardson. We are two dedicated individuals who live and breathe the lifestyle that we encourage our clients to adopt. Our different skill sets that allow us to catter any individual – no matter what their goals may be:
- Strength training
- Sport-specific training
- General health and wellness
- Weight loss and toning
- Training for competitions (figure, body building, lifting, etc.)
- Flexibility (increased ROM and functionality)
- Hatha Yoga
Max Effort by definition is a method of training that measures maximum output and strength. We chose this name as we feel this definition can be applied to our philosophy of training. By doing such, we hope to convey an attitude of putting your best efforts forward in trying to achieve your fitness goals. It is our belief that you will get out of training whatever you put into it; therefore 100% effort will be matched by 100% results.
Training is a partnership in which both parties must be willing to work hard. As a client, your job is to keep showing up and always put forth your best efforts. Our job is to guide you through the process, educate you, and hold you accountable.
Our goal is to create personalized training programs using a variety of techniques that are geared toward achieving each individual person’s goals. In hopes of establishing healthy habits that become part of a lifestyle that can be maintained for life, we strive to make training enjoyable and comfortable for each client.
We are training out of a studio gym in Ottawa's west end at 1916 Merivale Road, Suite 101.
